2 كيف نستخدم بياناتك

🚫 لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات المستهدفة. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
3 مشاركة البيانات
نشارك بياناتك فقط مع الجهات التالية ولأغراض محددة:
Zoom Video Communicationsلتشغيل الجلسات التعليمية المباشرة. تخضع معالجة البيانات لسياسة خصوصية Zoom.
Google Firebase / Crashlyticsلرصد أعطال التطبيق وتحسين الاستقرار. لا تتضمن بيانات شخصية معرّفة.
Cloudinaryلاستضافة مقاطع الفيديو والصور التعليمية بروابط موقعة ومشفرة.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة تسويقية أو إعلانية أو حكومية إلا بموجب أمر قضائي صريح.
4 التخزين والأمان
- كلمات المرور مشفرة باستخدام bcrypt (تجزئة قوية + ملح).
- رموز تحديث الجلسة مشفرة ومرتبطة بمعرّف الجهاز.
- جميع الاتصالات محمية بـ HTTPS/TLS.
- روابط مقاطع الفيديو موقعة وتنتهي صلاحيتها تلقائيًا.
- خوادمنا محمية بجدار حماية وتحديثات أمنية منتظمة.
- نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك. عند حذف حسابك تُحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا.
5 حقوقك
حق الاطلاعيمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها.
حق التصحيحيمكنك تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة من داخل إعدادات التطبيق أو بالتواصل معنا.
حق الحذفيمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك. سنعالج طلبك خلال 30 يومًا.
حق الاعتراضيمكنك الاعتراض على معالجة معينة لبياناتك في حدود القانون المعمول به.

6 حماية الأطفال
⚠ التطبيق موجه للمتعلمين من عمر 13 عامًا فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من أطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. إذا اكتشفنا أن مستخدمًا دون السن المطلوب قد سجّل حسابًا، سنحذف بياناته فورًا. إذا كنت وليَّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قد قدّم بيانات، تواصل معنا على الفور.

Google Firebase / CrashlyticsFor crash monitoring and app stability. No personally identifiable data is included.
CloudinaryFor hosting educational videos and images via signed, encrypted URLs.
We do not share your data with any marketing, advertising, or government entity except under explicit court order.
4 Storage & Security
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with strong salt rounds.
- Session refresh tokens are hashed and bound to your device identifier.
- All communications are protected by HTTPS/TLS.
- Video links are signed and expire automatically.
- Our servers are protected by firewalls and receive regular security updates.
- We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
5 Your Rights

Right to rectificationYou may correct inaccurate data from within the app settings or by contacting us.
Right to erasureYou may request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process your request within 30 days.

6 Children's Privacy
⚠ The app is intended for learners aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a user under the required age has registered, we will delete their data immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal data, please contact us immediately.
